Per the owner: Tranquil beach setting on the southern end of Palm Beach boardwalk offers walkable access to restaurants and entertainment.
Private palm tree lined beach offers individual palapas providing the perfect mix of sun and shade. Great location for families, couples and singles.
Large pool has a swim-up bar and nightly entertainment in the adjacent lounge. Dining options include seaside tables in the sand or elegant
tables in the open air restaurant. There is also a casual cafe near the pool with great sea views.
The one bedroom suite offers a king bed in the bedroom with an oceanview and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, one offering a jacuzzi tub. The full kitchen is completely stocked with all utensils and dishware. The roomy balcony has two chairs and a small table with views of the pool and ocean. A handy washer dryer combo is also included in the unit.

Also the staff is friendly and attentive and always make us feel at home. Requests are always handled in a professional and timely manner.
Daily activities are scheduled such as bingo, arts and crafts, water aerobics and dance classes, just to name a few. It is very easy to meet new friends here with many returning timeshare owners.
