Keep in mind; Contract size affects the price per point. Small contracts often have a higher cost per point than larger contracts!
For example, in February 2023, a contract at Saratoga Springs was $110.33/point. A contract with over 200 points at the same resort was $101.06/point.
February 2023’s average DVC resale price per point was 115.81, while February 2022’s average was $130.38.
Fidelity helps buyers get DVC contracts for a fraction of the price. For example, in February2023, Bay Lake Tower resale contracts were an average of $117.61/point cheaper than directly.
