What’s Coming Up at Disney?
Before we get into the June 2025 average DVC resale price per point, let’s talk about what’s happening at the Disney Parks this summer. You certainly won’t want to miss out. For starters, as DVC members will have the opportunity to hop on EPCOT’s newly reimagined Test Track before it reopens to the public on July 22nd. Registration opens on July 8th, with the preview beginning on July 12th. Eligibility requirements include having a qualifying Disney hotel reservation booked before July 6th, using your eligible membership to book a resort stay, and staying at a DVC resort on July 12th. So, if you want to beat the summer rush, don’t wait to book your stay!
Additionally, the Astro Orbiter in Magic Kingdom has reopened after a months-long refurbishment, which began in January. Be sure to take it for a spin! On the downside, there are a few rides that will be closing for a magical makeover in August, including EPCOT’s Spaceship Earth (Aug. 25) and Magic Kingdom’s Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin (Aug. 4). The former will be undergoing a routine refurbishment, while the latter will include new set elements and enhanced gameplay features. So, you’ll want to visit the parks for a final ride before the temporary closure!
Moreover, if you’re hoping to make a splash at Blizzard Beach this year, you’d better act fast! The beach’s seasonal closure begins on September 8th, though Typhoon Lagoon will remain open for water spills and thrills.
June 2025 Average DVC Resale Price Per Point by Contract Size
As always, your contract size, or the amount of DVC points you receive annually, directly relates to how much your ownership will cost. The more points purchased, the more money spent. However, your points may be more valuable at some DVC resorts than others.
