The only reason that I'm selling is because my wife passed away and I did not care to travel anymore. We both enjoyed the timeshare at Carlsbad for 23 years, more than you ever know. One of our favorite things was sitting on our private patio with a view of the ocean and watching the sunsets in the evening as the sun just kind of disappeared into the ocean. Good Ocean View and also good aroma from Norte's Mexican cuisine next door which is only a small walk to the Mexican restaurant there at Carlsbad Inn.
Some of the other things I can tell you is that they have a new pool, new courtyard, roof recently replaced, and all new air conditioning. There is a facility there that rents out nearly anything you need for the beach- belly board, etc. Our room is just a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Very friendly environment and excellent service. Also coming with the timeshare is an underground parking space for security of your vehicle. The rooms have all been modernized with new flat screens and kitchen facilities
