Per the owner:

At the Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club you will find 3 Swimming Pools, one of which is heated, an outdoor Hot Tub, 2 Tennis Courts with Pickle Ball & a Coin Operated Laundromat. The Resort has WI-FI in each Condo and at each of the Pool Areas. There is a courtyard area with shuffleboard, gas and charcoal barbeque grills, picnic tables, beautiful new gazebo, cornhole & a playground for our little friends. On site there is also an activity center where books, games and various other items can be signed out.

Guests have access to a third pool & deck overlooking the Beach, here you will find a junior Olympic size Pool, Kiddie Pool, Pool Bar Jim’s with drinks, food & Restrooms.

Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket 200 feet from unit.

This third pool is unique to Hilton Head as they were “grandfathered” to have a private entrance to the ocean side pool with bar and grill the pool chairs are on an elevated deck overlooking the ocean 100 feet from the pool.

If you are local, you can exchange the points to RCI and come to the pool anytime with parking next to the entrance. If you desire to spend some additional time at the resort other than this week a discounted rate is available for $2,200 /week in June. Or just walk in and stay another location.

This unit is located approximately 300 feet from the grocery store and restaurants, and 500 feet from the private entrance to the beach, which has private access to the pool and bar.

These units are typically sold out in the summer so a great way to get to the beach.

Per the owner, 2025 week has been deposited with RCI. Owner will transfer the 2025 week to new owner if they also have a RCI account. This transfer will be separate from the sale.
