Per the owner: The unit is comfortable and convenient. It’s relaxing to return after a long hot beach day and cool off in a private pool. Or, if driving isn’t appealing, it’s a short walk to the very large community pool and/or private beach. The property has a lot of amenities and activities for fun. My favorite feature is knowing I have a reserved fixed week waiting for me every year, so I don’t have to struggle with a search for a vacation spot. And finally, twice over the past 24 years, I deposited my points with RCI and vacationed in Spain and the Shenandoah Valley as an alternative to St. John. So that flexibility is there, as well.
