Per the owner:

One of the perks of our condo is that you can ski right on to the lift from our building.
Our week is usually just before February school break and was never crowded and we could get a lot of runs in.

It has a lovely library with a great fireplace in the downstairs of the building.
There is also a sauna available in the downstairs of the building.
