Tybrisa Owners will see a new look in all of the Units around the end of October or early November 2025, when the new living room furniture is delivered to Tybrisa. The new living room furniture is manufactured by “La-Z-Boy” and includes a new sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, coffee table and end table for each Unit.
There will be a small special assessment of $150.00 for each Unit owned for 2026. The special assessment is to cover the cost of replacing the Air Conditioning systems for each condominium. Tybrisa Beach Resort recently completed a major upgrade project to replace each of the 48 Condominium Units Air Conditioning systems which were in need of replacement. A new Marine Grade system was installed in each Unit; consisting of a 2-ton, 16 SEER, Seacoast Carrier HVAC, with new air handlers and drain pans equipped with safety float switches, and Honeywell T-6 Pro thermostats.
There will be a restoration construction project beginning soon after the Thanksgiving Holidays to repair damage caused by “Hurricane Helene”. These repairs will include replacement of the Mansard Metal Roofing on Phase I and Phase II buildings, the Metal Roofing on the Main Office & Clubhouse building, and repair, prep and painting of all balcony, stairwell and walkway railings. Repairs were previously completed on the gates and fencing in the dumpster area and the damage to the South end of the Phase II building.
