Buyer will receive 2,550 VPA points upon transfer of ownership. Per ResortCom, any active reservations shall be canceled, any unused or banked points or weeks will not be transferred, and no monies in Assignor’s account will be transferred to Assignee as those funds are considered non-transferable. Per ResortCom, original inventory is subject to availability.
