The reason I bought Monarch was because:

*I am a golfer and Hilton Head is the place to be. All golfers would love it!

*The other Hilton Head resorts are not as private as Monarch

*The first time we went there, the PGA tour was in swing about 1 mile down the road. We loved it!

*The 8 weeks I have to pick from are the best all year round-not too hot, not too cold.

*The Harbor town marina and the red and white striped lighthouse

*Biking, tennis dolphin sightseeing

*Friendly and comfortable atmosphere
