The KOA units at the Hono Koa are the 4 units directly across from the ocean, and with this purchase of our week you will only rent a Koa unit each time. Oceanfront guaranteed!

Each oceanfront unit features two bedrooms (one king and one with two twins that can be made into a king by request) two full bathrooms and a full kitchen.
There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room and a washer/dryer in the unit as well
The season for this listing is January during even years, we will pay the maintenance fees for 2026; buyer usage begins January 2026 as well.

Buyer to pay all other closing costs and fees, and income taxes for 2026 that will be due in fall 2026.

The lanais at our Koa unit are extremely close to the water….we have tossed beers to our kids from the balcony! The surf is constant and will loll you to sleep every night. Wonderful!

The Koa units received an nice update in 2025, with new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, new island style furniture, new carpet and blinds.

There’s an excellent pool and hot tub, along with barbecues to grill your favorite seafood or steaks for dinner!

We love Hono Koa and will continue to visit for two weeks every year; we are selling this every other year week as we have other weeks for ourselves.
