Per the owner:

***The resort has two shuttles. One takes you to Cannery Mall- which has Safeway Grocery, Longs Drugs, ABC Store, and other shops & restaurants. Old Lahaina Luau, Aloha Mixed Plate, & Star Noodle are located just behind the mall. The other shuttle takes you to Whalers Village (next to Westin Maui Resort & Spa). There are many shops & restaurants there, including ABC Store & Monkeypod Kitchen. You can rent a car for just a day or two (to get to places farther on the island), then use the shuttles the rest of the time.

***Owners can also use the pools at the Westin Nanea, just a short walk away.

***There are plenty of grills & tables (overlooking the ocean). At sunset, they light the tiki torches, making for a great cookout.
