This ownership receives one week on Odd years. Per the resort, the Odd Years week can be booked at any of the four Club Solaris resorts, two in Cabo and two in Cancun.

Per the resort, in addition to the week on each odd year, the owner has access to Mini Vacations where they are granted 14 nights annually (not accumulative) that can be use exclusively at Club Solaris.

Fees are paid only when a reservation is made.

This ownership is a membership. Right-to-use expires December 2047.
