Floating weeks in Platinum Season are WEEKS 7–28, 35–52. This ownership equates to 19,920 points allocated on 01/01, annually every years. Buyer to receive 19,920 points from the 2026 allocation and all points from closing forward. Seller to pay non-refundable Estoppel Fee in the amount of $102, Buyer to reimburse Seller for said fee at closing.
