February 2026 Average DVC Resale Price Per Point by Contract Size
The average Disney Vacation Club resale price typically changes by resort from month to month, and within each month, it also varies by contract size. DVC contracts come in several different sizes, depending on how many points you would like to buy or add to your existing membership. For those who want to add some points, contracts with fewer than 75 points are a common choice. However, they can go up to over 350 points if you are looking for a large contract. With more points, your vacations can be longer or more frequent, and your villa can be larger. When choosing how many points to buy, it is important to consider your travel style. The chart below shows the price per point for resale contracts, by number of points. Generally, the more points in the contract, the less each point costs, with some exceptions.

DVC Resale Prices Are Always Changing!

As you can see in the chart above, average prices per point vary slightly from month to month. Despite small month-to-month changes, they remain generally consistent, as DVC is a timeshare known for holding its value pretty well. From January 2026 to February 2026, we saw a very small dip across most of the resorts. Across all 16 DVC resorts, only three saw their average resale price per point rise slightly. The three resorts whose prices increased this month were Bay Lake Tower, Beach Club Villas, and Disneyland Hotel. Additionally, you can see that the Grand Californian remains consistently more expensive than the others, whereas Hilton Head and Vero Beach prices remain on the lower end due to their distance from the theme parks.
