Per the owner: This is a timeshare room in a hotel so there is the usual maid service. There is a lounge with a bar where you can also purchase breakfast. It is located in the heart of Manhattan, across the street from Carnegie Hall, 3 blocks from Central Park, and a few blocks from Rockefeller Center. It is a short walk to Times Square and Broadway theaters.



The seven days each year may be broken up so, for example, you use it for 3 weekends (Friday to Sunday) and one other day during the year. Or you can use the 7 days at one time.



Maintenance is due by December each year, so the next maintenance is due December 2025, and as part of the sale, we will pay that maintenance.
