Per the owner:

the main reason we purchased was the location of Breakenridge and starting a new family. We had aspirations of coming up often to ski and use the timeshare for mini-vacations. We have used the timeshare several times and have always enjoyed our stays there, as it continues to give us the feeling of a vacation while being close to home.

The other main benefit was the day-use option, which is excellent when driving up for the day to do some biking or skiing. To have access to the entire resort, including pools, showers, game rooms, and movie rooms, we always had other options if biking or skiing didn't work out.

We would continue to keep the timeshare; however, we are both retiring soon and will be traveling, making using the timeshare not a viable option given our travel plans and goals.
