Presidential Suite 1208 is a truly unique two-bedroom penthouse perched on the top (12th) floor of the Ka'anapali Beach Club, now part of Hilton Grand Vacations. This exclusive oceanfront suite offers panoramic views of the islands Lanai and Molokai to the west, and Ka'anapali Beach and iconic Black Rock to the south.

Only one other suite like it exists at the resort-Presidential Suite 2012, which faces west and north.

This is a deeded, fixed-week ownership. We've proudly owned Week 40 since 2005, making this suite our beloved Maui second home for over 20 years. The resort, originally an Embassy Suites, later became part of Sunterra and Diamond Resorts, and is now under the Hilton Grand Vacations umbrella.

- The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, sliding glass doors to the lanai, and an ensuite bathroom with a jet tub and walk-in shower.

- The second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own access to the lanai.

• The living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests.

- A second full bathroom also features a walk-in shower.


Outdoor Living

The expansive wraparound lanai is perfect for:

- Morning coffee or breakfast with views of the ocean and the islands

- Lunch after a refreshing dip in the resort pool

- Evening cocktails while enjoying spectacular sunsets over the islands of Lanai and Molokai, as well as the weekly luau at the resort grounds
