Per the owner: We chose this unit because the "official" unit is Oceanfront Bldg 9. In Bldg. 9, "Oceanfront" was always a top floor unit. Depending on the time of year, we sometimes saw sea turtles surfing the waves right from our balcony. Bldg. 9 is also the closest building at Point at Poipu to the Oceanfront trail to Shipwreck Beach. Bldg. 9 also has an adjacent parking area which made it very convenient for excursions.
