We purchased our Four Seasons Aviara timeshare in Carlsbad when both of our boys were babies. For many years, it became our family tradition to spend Christmas at the resort. Some of our sweetest memories were made there — taking the kids to Legoland, SeaWorld, and spending simple afternoons at the beach. The resort has always been immaculate, peaceful, and incredibly family-friendly, with the level of service you’d expect from Four Seasons.
Now that both of our boys are in their 20s and we’ve purchased a home near Carlsbad, we no longer use the timeshare. As much as we’ve loved it, it’s time to let another family enjoy it and create their own traditions. We’re also including a New Year’s week stay (Dec 27, 2025 – Jan 3, 2026), which is a wonderful time of year at the property and you know the property priced it at $1900 a night. A great value adds to my resale.
