Floating weeks in Platinum Season are 7-22, 35-45, 51-52. This ownership equates to 12,480 points allocated on 01/01, annually. Buyer to receive 24,960 points from the 2026 allocation. 2027 will receive 12,480 all points from closing forward. Seller to pay non-refundable Estoppel Fee in the amount of $102.00, Buyer to reimburse Seller for said fee at closing. Buyer is aware that they are responsible to pay a $736.00 activation fee directly to HGVC upon closing. Club Dues are billed annually. Club Dues will apply for all new members to HGVC and will be billed at closing. Both Buyer and Seller understand that they will be responsible for the 2026 Club Dues separately, required by Hilton to process the transfer.
