Floating weeks in Platinum Season are 1-18,23-35,42-52. This ownership equates to 13,440 points allocated on 01/01, annually. Buyer to receive 13,440 points from the 2025 allocation and all points from closing forward. Seller to pay non-refundable Estoppel Fee in the amount of $99.00, Buyer to reimburse Seller for said fee at closing. Buyer is aware that they are responsible to pay a $715 activation fee directly to HGVC upon closing. Club Dues are billed annually. Club Dues will apply for all new members to HGVC and will be billed at closing. Both Buyer and Seller understand that they will be responsible for the 2025 Club Dues separately, required by Hilton to process the transfer.
