These 3 BR villas are located at the end of the HVC Kaanapali building and the closet to the ocean of all the units. In the Upper Level 3 BR villas, you have a clear view far to the north and south of the ocean. The living room is very large with 8 sliding glass door panels that open to 12 feet wide effectively bringing the beautiful Maui environment into the villa, good weather of course – wonderful breeze blowing in from the water. Off the living room there is a large dining table that sits 8. The kitchen is also very large with top end appliances for a Bosch fridge. These 3 BR villas have a very large lanai approximately 40 feet total length which wraps around the corner of the building, with an outdoor dining table and shaded chase lounge. The Master Bedroom with King bed is very large, plenty of closet space, master bath has 2 full sinks and large walk-in showers, and one very large soaking tub. Another key element for my purchase of these units – weeks 49 and 50 specifically – they are between Thanksgiving and Christmas and thus Maui has been decorated for Christmas. Lastly, in years the owner does not elect to personally use these 3 BR units, I have had 100% success in renting these weeks 49-50.
