The silver season has worked for us for over 30 years. It includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, St Patrick’s Day , and occasionally Easter. We’ve been able to participate in or watch from our Oceanfront balcony the annual Thanksgiving Lantern parade. We’ve watched dolphins in the ocean from our assigned units with our children, then our grandchildren. The weather is usually perfect for biking and golf. But, if the weather is inclement , we use the indoor pool. The activities are varied, with a talented fitness instructor who has been at Grande Ocean for years and a general manager who is amazing. Deeded owners have priority regarding room assignments. As we aged, and our children moved further away, the large units are just too much for the two of us. We love Grande Ocean! But we are aging and need to pare down. *Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer* *Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
