Myrtle Beach is a beautiful resort with a 2 bedroom ocean front villa that sleeps 8. It is very famous for all its beautiful golf courses. Because of this it is in high demand and Marriott has rented it from us when we can not use it. That is not the case with most properties. There are many attractions including the Boardwalk with restaurants, rides and attractions. It is unique with its many waterways that have smaller boardwalk areas with fabulous sights, shopping and attractions including wonderful restaurants. It is also very close to Charleston and other beautiful towns for side trips.

We also own Marriott points, equal to another week, that we are will to sell with this property, for a nominal fee. We have enjoyed this for many years. Unfortunately, due to health issues we are not able to travel.
