Maintenance fees 2025: $2,444.40 (does not include Club Dues)

Per the owner: We first purchased our timeshare in Ko"Olina in Hawaii and have visited that Marriott vacation club a number of times.
Hawaii seems to be our favorite vacation spot as we have been to Ko'Olina, Maui Ocean Club and the MVC Waikiki which just opened recently.
