The thing that enticed me to purchase this timeshare was the fact that it was actually 26000 Vacation Villages points that gave me access to hundreds of properties in the RCI Vacation Villages inventory. Even though the deed is tied to a specific property for a specific week you are not automatically scheduled for that place and time. You have to book it if you plan to use it for the designated week otherwise it remains as VV points available to book any property for any time period.The points are available for a full year and automatically carryover to a second year. The account currently has 52000 points that transfer to the buyer. The other incentive is two free weeks each year, which also transfer to the buyer.
