Per the owner:
The single bedroom unit (#831) & lockoff unit (#832) are located in the newer
main building. They both have balconies and overlook the main pool area and have
ocean views. Each unit has a full bathroom. The single bedroom unit also has a smaller
bathroom w/shower. Each unit has a kitchen and dining area. Both units also have washer
& dryers and closet safes. As these are Even Year Units the maintenance fees are
usually due in June of the prior year (2025). The Maintenance fees for 2026 have
already been paid. The 2026 fees were $777.50 for each unit.
The Divi Phoenix Resort has two open air restaurants for on-site dining. One of these
also has a stage which local bands are able to play on. The property also has a
small mini market store, a small breakfast/lunch/snack shop and a small fitness gym.
The beach area is nice and has a number of huts for guests to use. The property is
is located within walking distance from other hotels, shopping and dining areas in the
Palm Beach area.
