This week equates to 62,000 points, which can be used to book outside of the week. The owner can choose to stay for part of the week and rent out the remainder of the week.
When visiting Breckenridge and not staying at the resort, owners have full access to the resort and its amenities. Owners have access to the book at low fees open rooms within a two-week window for a last-minute getaway.
