This ownership allows usage at All Grand Solmar.

In even years, buyer has the right to reserve a penthouse one week at Lands End OR Pacific Dunes up to one year in advance. Buyer also has the right to reserve an additional 3 weeks at Lands End, Pacific Dunes or Playa Grande up to 90 days in advance.

In odd years, buyer has the right to reserve a penthouse up to four weeks at any of the three resorts with 90 days notice.

We can also "throw in" a developer week for a master suite at Pacific Dunes with 90 days notice , except Christmas, New Years or 2/1-3/15, upon payment of a current maintenance fee.
