Winter Season - Floating Week

3 Bedroom Villa, 3 bathroom in The Residences, sleeps 10.

Maintenance - $2,551.00

Reserve up to 2 weeks per year (pay maintenance for additional week only when used).

Member is entitled to use two optional weeks every year at Hacienda Encantada, except Holiday weeks (New Year, Christmas, Thanksgiving and Bisbee's).

Winter Reservations can be booked during winter season starting at 9 months in advance (November through May).

All weeks can be booked during summer season at 12 months in advance (June through October).

Real Estate Equity: Member has the right to apply a total of $139,000 USD towards the purchase of full ownership real estate. This equity transfer will be applied by trading in of contract.

Certificate of Fractional Ownership good until 2041 when it can be extended for an additional 25 years.
