The pace of life here strikes a perfect balance between the hustle and bustle of Oahu and the serenity of Kauai. There is a Costco conveniently located near the airport, where we typically do our main grocery shopping upon arrival. Itâs also useful for refueling our rental car before we leave. Additionally, across the street, you'll find a McDonald's and a fantastic sushi restaurant. A Safeway and other grocery markets are just minutes away, and the main road to Lahaina and other parts of the island is less than two blocks from our resort. As timeshare owners, we find this property to be in an excellent location, nestled between Kapalua and Lahaina/Kaanapali. The resort is situated right on the beach, and they do a great job ensuring that owners are placed in oceanfront rooms with spectacular views of the sunsets and sunrises. From our balcony, we also enjoy stunning views of Lanai and Molokai. The area is well-known for its giant sea turtles, which we often see swimming by, unnoticed by people floating above. Lastly, the annual maintenance fees have remained reasonable over the years, fitting comfortably within our budget. The staff is always courteous and helpful. There are no additional resort fees, and parking is free. We are selling this timeshare because we currently have usage rights for both even and odd years, but they are deeded separately, and we have found that we only need one timeshare at this location.
