Per the owner: The resort maintains the resort very well as the grounds and units are kept up and renovated when needed. I have been very pleased with the resort the past 30 years we have owned it. I would recommend it to anyone as a very satisfactory resort. The timeshares that we own have 1 bedroom lock off that can be used as a hotel room from each unit. By doing that the 1 week can be extended to 2 weeks.
