This contract has optional maintenance fees which are only paid when a reservation is made. The current maintenance fee rate is $5.91 per point, subject to change.

There is a mandatory refurbishment fee due every 5 years equal to the maintenance fees for this contract.The next time to pay the refurbishing fee will be in 2027.

Check-in Day: Flexible. With Pueblo Bonito you can pick what day you wish to arrive; it doesn’t have to be just Saturday

Points can be used at any Pueblo Bonito Property: PB Sunset Beach, PB Rose, PB Blanco, Monte Cristo Estates, and PB Mazatlán.

Timeshares are generally booked for 7 days and nights at a time. You have the option of which type of room you would like to book. 100 points = Jr. Suite; 200 points = Executive Suite (one bedroom); 300 points = Presidential Suite (2 bedrooms + large living area and patio around 2000 SF). The Monte Cristo Villas in Los Cabos sleep 10 people with an infinity pool and will cost you 600 points for the week. You can choose All-Inclusive if you wish, or not. It’s not required.

Per the resort estoppel dated 2/24/2025 there are 18 use weeks remaining with this ownership, 1 week per year for the next 18 years. You have the option to renew at no cost.
