Per the contract, The week before Easter, Easter week, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks are the only weeks restricted from booking.

This contract has optional maintenance fees which are only paid when a reservation is made. The current maintenance fee rate as of 2025 is $5.91 per point, subject to change.

There is a mandatory refurbishing fee due every five years. This fee is paid on Primary Pueblo Bonito Universal Points (Not including Platinum Points). This fee will next be due in 2029. The 2024 refurbishing fee was $2,938.

Per the contract This Agreement shall have a total term of one hundred years starting from the execution date of this Agreement (03/12/15). The first term of 5 (five) years may be extended in increments of 5 (five) years until reaching 25 and there will be 3 extensions of 25 years each until reaching a total of 100 years.
