Per the owner: This is a Penthouse unit located within the second and newer phase of the resort. It is located on the top floor and has an additional closet for the guests using the Murphy beds.

The Murphy beds pull down easily and there is no need to move anything as the living area is very spacious. There is a personal jacuzzi located on the private patio which enables you to look at the beautiful view while relaxing in your jacuzzi.

Week 51 (Christmas week) is also for sale, so you can simply open the “lock off” to have the full villa (sleeps 6) for the Christmas week without having to move to any other unit.

Per the estoppel dated 2/5/2025 there are 16 usage weeks remaining, including the 2025 usage
