Enjoy first year of ownership with no fees* Per the owner: The Tahiti Village is located close to the strip, airport as well as the south outlet mall which is definitely walkable. There are restaurants on site and many restaurants close by. They offer shuttle service to and from the strip everyday, but if you are ambitious you can walk there if you choose. We liked the Tahiti Village for the atmosphere. It has a beautiful lazy river that you cam relax in or a beach that children can play in. The Tahiti Village is kept clean and managed well. They are constantly trying to make improvements. It's the perfect place to be off the strip or you can easily get to the strip if you want. Also the shuttle will take you for groceries a couple of time a week if you need groceries.
