This unit is a lockout which is very desirable at the galleon as most are not lockouts
A lockout means the second bedroom is a efficiency with its own key so you can rent both out separately or as my wife and I do is we stay in the big unit with full kitchen king bed and will rent out the second bedroom for usually enough to pay for fees and taxes
Also this unit has a unobstructed view of marina, ocean and the boardwalk
Most have palm trees in the way of the view
