This is one of only two timeshare locations in Hilton Head Island that have 3 bedroom ownership opportunities - it's great for bringing all the family or other couples! All weeks are available (no seasonal restrictions).  The property is located on the west side of the island on the intracoastal waterway (Skull Creek) with beautiful sunset views and lawns and a  large long dock for relaxing, tying up your boat, using the kayaks on the property, etc.  Boat rentals are close by at Skull Creek Marina.  Three pools on property (one is indoor and one has a lazy river).  There is an activity staff and there are planned activities every day during the high season.  Three of the best known and loved restaurants on the island are literally next door (walking distance). Bikes are available on property and there are miles of biking areas on this side of the island and through Hilton Head Plantation (property owners have access to Hilton Head Plantation for golf and marinas). Public beach access (3 separate beaches) are a short 10 minute drive with public parking and bathrooms and showers.  The property is 5 minutes from the Cross Island expressway which gets you quickly to the Coligny and Sea Pines areas of the island.
