Floating Weeks: Value Season

Per Westgate, as of August 17, 2007, this resort is no longer has Value season weeks, only All Season and Event weeks. Per the resort, All Season weeks for 2025 are 1-5, 8-14, 17-25, and 28-50.

*Owners that purchased Value season prior to this change will still be able to use their season at
their resort and will still be considered value owners when exchanging to another Westgate
property.

• Value season Weeks if purchased prior to August 15, 2007 are 1-4, 16-21, 35-46 and 48-50.

Maintenance fees/taxes 2024: $1,366 (billed on Even Years)

Check-in Days: Friday/Saturday/Sunday (based on availability)
