Club Wyndham Access also gives its members a certificate that allows them to stay at a specific group of resorts.
Many of these trusts also come with the added benefit of allowing owners to have advanced membership priorities at all of the resorts within the trust instead of just one resort. In this way, buying into a trust is like having multiple home resorts all at once! So, you’ll be able to experience the best of the best DVC resorts with one ownership. This comes with additional flexibility. But in exchange, owners will likely be competing with more travelers hoping to reserve a certain time at a specific resort.

As of today, only the cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort are part of a trust, so it’s unclear at the moment how ownership at other resorts may be affected by this move. However, changes will likely become more apparent once other resorts are added to the trust. But for now, anything else would be speculation.
