Floating weeks in Gold Season are WEEKS 1–6, 23–34, 46–50. This ownership equates to 12,800 points allocated on 01/01, annually years. Buyer to receive 12,800 points from the 2026 allocation and all points from closing forward. Seller to pay non-refundable Estoppel Fee in the amount of $99.00, Buyer to reimburse Seller for said fee at closing. Buyer is aware that they are responsible to pay a $715 activation fee directly to HGVC upon closing. Club Dues are billed annually. 2025 Club Dues are required by Hilton to process the transfer.
