Per the owner: Week 39 is Fall Foliage Week. The best time of the year to hike and drive in the White Mountains area. The resort is in close proximity to the best hiking trails, including Mount Washington, and best shopping in close by outlets in North Conway. The no sales tax in NH was very appealing. Also close by are many excellent restaurants. Our unit is in the newer part of the resort. The unit sleeps 7 to 8, a great place to host family and friends. Our unit has recently been refurbished. New furniture, new king size bed, new sofa beds, new carpets. We’ve been owners in this resort for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.
