Fixed week: 2 (Plus an additional 7 nights to float within Red Season, Weeks 1-52)

Per the resort: This is one of our Club Membership style agreements that has a "first right of refusal" on a set unit and week which is confirmed by calling into our reservation and paying the corresponding Use Fee by the 1st of September of each previous year, by 9/1/2024 to lock up 2025 space and 9/1/2025 to lock up 2026 etc. There's an additional 7 nights per year that can be used based on availability from weeks 1-52 and just booked directly through our reservation center by paying the corresponding Use Fee to the size of unit being reserved.
