Novaispania: 900 points, unit sleeps 12
Montecristo: 600 points, unit sleeps 10
Presidential: 300 points, unit sleeps 8

Per the resort estoppel there are 13 usage weeks remaining.

Per the owner: There are 13 usage weeks remaining. After that time, the contract can be extended for an additional 3- 25 years based upon client consent at each term and payment of the corresponding refurbishing fee.
