This is a lock-out unit, so you get two weeks of usage should you decide to use only 1 of the units at a time. This is a big difference between it and a non-lockout 2 bedroom.
We bought this time share, the quarter house in 1997 for $18,000.
The location was perfect. It is on Chartres Street one block off of Canal St. In the French Quarter.
It is one block off of Royal Street, and two blocks off of Bourbon Street.
It is within easy walking distance of Jackson square, St Louis cathedral, the French market, Pat O'Brien's, Preservation Hall, the River, and 3 Streetcar lines.
The apartments are beautifully appointed in the French style. The courtyard is lovely with a swimming pool. Exercise equipment is also available.
Because it is a lockout one can use both units at the same time or one can use one unit and deposit the other unit to be used later in the year.
I am sad to have to sell this time share as it has served me well for 28 years.
