Per the owner: This is a great resale opportunity for someone who wants to add to their personal inventory or who desires to experience owning a timeshare without the initial high cost investment. You can book 3 days, 4 days or the full 7 days. You are NOT obligated to attend updates or sales presentations when you vacation. Honestly I recommend you avoid them no matter how persistent they might be ad this is YOUR vacation. I initially purchased this timeshare to supplement other resale timeshare properties that I own and to add the use of Interval International to my vacation portfolio. My grandchildren enjoyed the indoor waterpark which is included at no additional cost with ownership. This resort was involved in the Smokey Mountain wildfire with many buildings being destroyed and having to be rebuilt. During that time I was extremely impressed with Westgate’s continuous communication with their owners regarding the fire, the escape in getting everyone out safely, employees who lost homes as well as multiple updates on rebuilding and reservation bookings. My family and I have enjoyed this resort however with my age it’s unfortunately time to downsize my assets.
