As you can see in the chart above, resale prices varied from resort to resort. Some resorts increased in price since last month, and some decreased. The average DVC resale price per point in June 2023 was $105.69, while the average price per point in June 2022 was $132.98.
The average DVC resale price per point is not simply determined by the number of points in a contract. Factors such as location, DVC Use Year, and the number of points available for sale in the market can also affect the price. For example, a contract with fewer points located in a popular resort could be more expensive than a larger contract located in a less desirable resort. It is important to consider all these factors when calculating the average DVC resale price per point.
